By submitting any information, request, or booking for a diamond workshop, private consultation, or tour through Rachel’s Lab-Grown Diamonds’ website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Rachel’s Lab-Grown Diamonds, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages—whether to person or property—that may occur before, during, or after participation in any diamond workshop, private consultation, or tour, including but not limited to visits within the diamond district or surrounding areas.

Participation in such activities is entirely at your own risk. We encourage all guests to exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and remain aware of their surroundings at all times. By booking or attending, you release and discharge Rachel’s Lab-Grown Diamonds from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in these activities.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from submitting any booking requests or attending any in-person events or tours.
